Return Process

Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Place the item securely in its original packaging, including all cables, mounting hardware, and instruction manuals that were included in the box.
- 3.Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking information.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team inspects the device to ensure it is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
